Included in the price of your hunt is professional guide service, lodging and meals, transportation during your hunt and field care of your animal. Hunters are responsible for getting to the camp location, state license and habitat stamps, taxidermy, meat processing, any shipping of game and gross receipts tax. If for any reason you have to cancel your hunt, deposits may be transferred to a future hunt. Any cancellations less than 60 days prior to your hunt may be subject to forfeiture.
On guided draw hunts there is no deposit required to apply but 50% deposit is due immediately upon drawing a license and the remainder of the hunt cost is due 30 days prior to arrival in camp. No checks will be accepted upon arrival. No exceptions!

Limited Power of Attorney
TO ALL PERSONS, be it known that ___________________________,GRANTOR, does hereby make and grant a limited power of attorney to BRIAN NEWELL, of TOP NOTCH OUTFITTERS, and does thereupon constitute and appoint said individual as my attorney-in-fact.
My attorney-in-fact shall have limited powers and authority to do and undertake such acts herein described on my behalf that I could do personally, with full power of substitution and revocation. Granted are the powers to apply such special hunt license applications, purchase over the counter licenses, deposit or cash special hunt refunds for the sole purpose of purchasing special hunt license for hunting with Top Notch Outfitters, in the state of New Mexico.
My attorney-in-fact hereby accepts this appointment subject to its terms and agrees to act and perform in said fiduciary capacity consistent with my best interest as he, in his best discretion, deems advisable, and I affirm and ratify all acts so undertaken.
This power of attorney shall be revoked by disability of the GRANTOR, and shall otherwise continue in full force and effect until revoked by subsequent writing.

Waiver and Release Agreement
In consideration for my being permitted to participate in the activities of top notch Outfitters, I agree to the following waiver and release. I acknowledge that hunting and other outdoor activities have inherent risks, hazards and dangers for anyone, that can not be eliminated , particularly in a hunting environment. I understand that these risks, hazards and dangers include without limitation: 1) Activities involving mules and horses in rugged country; 2) Encounters with wildlife, animals and insect; 3) Activities involving wilderness travel and camping; 4)Inclement weather conditions; 5) ATV’s and other vehicles; and 6) Activities involving bows/arrows and firearms. I understand the risks, hazards and dangers described above and have had the opportunity to discuss them with top notch Outfitters. I understand these activities may require good physical conditioning and a moderate degree of outdoor skills and knowledge. I believe I have good physical conditioning and the degree of outdoor skills and knowledge for me to safely engage in these activities. I understand that I have responsibilities. I am voluntarily using the services of top notch Outfitters with full knowledge of the inherent risks, hazards and dangers of the activities described above and have discussed them with top notch Outfitters. I hereby assume and accept any and all risks of injury, paralysis or death. Lastly, I, for myself, my heirs, successors, executors, and subrogees, hereby knowingly and intentionally waive and release, indemnify and hold harmless top notch Outfitters, their directors, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, actions causes of action, liabilities, suits expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) which are related to, arise out of , or are in any way connected with my participation in these activities.
In consideration for the listed minor to being permitted by top notch Outfitters to participate in the wilderness activities which include without limitation, the use of it’s services, animals and equipment, I, as parent, guardian or custodian agree to the following waiver, release and indemnification: The undersigned parent, guardian or custodian of the listed minor, for himself/herself and on behalf of said minor hereby joins in the foregoing Waiver and Release and hereby stipulates and agrees to save and hold harmless, indemnify and forever defend top notch Outfitters, their directors, officers, agents, employees and volunteers from and against any claims actions, demands, expenses or liabilities made or brought by such minor or by anyone on behalf of said minor, as a result of said minor’s participation in the activities of top notch Outfitters.
